The service was outstanding! I paid for "same day" delivery when I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday the morning of her birthday. I made a mistake, though, and did not realize that they do not simply leave the flowers if no one is around or home when delivered. Fortunately, 30 minutes prior to closing, I called the store to check on the delivery of my flowers to my mother. The woman who answered was polite, competent, and kind.
She clarified that although the flowers had been delivered, nobody was home, and because of the wildlife, they decided not to leave them outside unattended. I expressed my regret and clarified that my mother would spend the remainder of the day at home. Since the business would be closing in 30 minutes, I was certain that my flowers would not be delivered. My mother called to report that a woman had delivered them approximately an hour later. Like me, she was emotional and overjoyed by the surprise. The woman I spoke to on the phone might have been the one who personally delivered them and if it was, may God bless you and put his arms around you. Encourage your community members and support your local businesses in Pulaski!

They were absolutely gorgeous

Overall good experience. The flowers were delivered on time and they were gorgeous. Also very reasonably priced for the flowers and delivery. I would’ve loved some communication about when the flowers were dropped off, but the only communication I received was confirmation of my payment. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday extra nice.
